March 27, 2025 at 4:00PM

Montrose Town Hall
1341 Dianne Avenue
Belleville WI  53508

The Town of Montrose will be holding public testing of the electronic voting system.  The test shall be conducted by processing a pre-audited group of ballots so marked as to record a predetermined number of valid votes for each candidate and on each referendum.  The test will include for each office one or more ballots which have votes in excess of the number allowed by law,  in order to test the ability of the automatic tabulating equipment to reject such votes.  The Clerk shall make an errorless count before the automatic tabulating equipment is approved by the Clerk to use in the elections.

Recycle Your Pizza Boxes

There’s always been a lot of confusion around pizza boxes and whethere they are recyclable. Pelliterri Waste Systems sets the record straight and says that whole pizza boxes can now go in your recyling cart if you are a Pelliterri customer. Previously, Pelliterri only accepted the parts of the pizza box without grease or cheese residue – you are now able to recycle the whole box. Sounds like a good excuse to order some pizza for dinner to us!
