 Regular Board Meeting

January 3, 2012

Regular Board Meeting was called to order by Roger Hodel at 8:00 p.m.

Present: Chair Roger Hodel, Supervisors Dan Palmer and Randy Francois, Clerk Julie Bigler, and Treasurer Jody Gerner.

Visitors: Lisa Krugner-Higby and Hunter Alexander Higby

Clerk stated for the record that notice had been posted according to Open Meeting Laws. 

Motion made by Dan Palmer, seconded by Randy Francois and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to approve December 6, 2012 Board Minutes as read. Motion carried. 

Motion made by Dan Palmer, seconded by Randy Francois and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to approve December Treasurer’s report and pay bills.  Motion carried.

No announcements

Tim Schmitt reported on the December 13, 2011 Boundary Agreement meeting with the Village of Belleville.

Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel toapprove rezone on parcel 0805 0508-094-9001-0, petition number DCPREZ-2011-10366, a part of the South West one quarter, SE quarter-quarter, Section 9, T5N, R8E in the Town of Montrose Dane County Wisconsin for Don and Marie Pauli to Rezone Sec 9 from A-1 Ex to A-2 with deed restrictions no residential housing can be built, no split will be charged to this parcel and splits stay with the farm.  Motion carried.

Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to adopt Resolution 01-03-2012.  Motion carried.

No action necessary by Town Board on review assignment of home site (splits) on the Marilyn & Laverne Haak Farm

Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel toapprove Operator License for Chad R Geissler for MIRK 2 LLC, d.b.a Paoli Pub & Grill Contingent Upon Receiving All Fees and Required Application.  Motion carried.

Motion made by Randy Francois, seconded by Dan Palmer and made unanimous by Roger Hodel to adjourn at 8:51 p.m.
